Al-Baqara
وَإِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ ٱلنِّسَآءَ فَبَلَغْنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ سَرِّحُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍۢ ۚ وَلَا تُمْسِكُوهُنَّ ضِرَارًۭا لِّتَعْتَدُوا۟ ۚ وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَٰلِكَ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُۥ ۚ وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوٓا۟ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ هُزُوًۭا ۚ وَٱذْكُرُوا۟ نِعْمَتَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَمَآ أَنزَلَ عَلَيْكُم مِّنَ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ وَٱلْحِكْمَةِ يَعِظُكُم بِهِۦ ۚ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌۭ﴿2:231﴾
ஜான் டிரஸ்ட்
(மீளக்கூடிய) தலாக் கூறித் தவணை-இத்தத்-முடிவதற்குள் முறைப்படி அவர்களை(உங்களுடன்) நிறுத்திக் கொள்ளுங்கள்; அல்லது (இத்தாவின்) தவணை முடிந்ததும் முறைப்படி அவர்களை விடுவித்து விடுங்கள்;. ஆனால் அவர்களை உங்களுடன் வைத்துக் கொண்டு அவர்களைத் துன்புறுத்தாதீர்கள்;. அவர்களிடம் வரம்பு மீறி நடவாதீர்கள்;. இவ்வாறு ஒருவர் நடந்து கொள்வாரானால், அவர் தமக்குத் தாமே தீங்கிழைத்துக் கொள்கிறார்;. எனவே, அல்லாஹ்வின் வசனங்களைக் கேலிக் கூத்தாக ஆக்கிவிடாதீர்கள்;. அவன் உங்களுக்கு அளித்த அருள் கொடைகளையும், உங்கள் மீது இறக்கிய வேதத்தையும், ஞானத்தையும் சிந்தி; த்துப்பாருங்கள். இவற்றைக்கொண்டு அவன் உங்களுக்கு நற்போதனை செய்கிறான்;. அல்லாஹ்வை அஞ்சுங்கள்;. நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் யாவற்றையும் நன்கறிபவனாக இருக்கின்றான் என்பதை அறிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்.SAHEEH INTERNATIONAL
And when you divorce women and they have [nearly] fulfilled their term, either retain them according to acceptable terms or release them according to acceptable terms, and do not keep them, intending harm, to transgress [against them]. And whoever does that has certainly wronged himself. And do not take the verses of Allah in jest. And remember the favor of Allah upon you and what has been revealed to you of the Book and wisdom by which He instructs you.
