Al-Baqara
۞ وَٱلْوَٰلِدَٰتُ يُرْضِعْنَ أَوْلَٰدَهُنَّ حَوْلَيْنِ كَامِلَيْنِ ۖ لِمَنْ أَرَادَ أَن يُتِمَّ ٱلرَّضَاعَةَ ۚ وَعَلَى ٱلْمَوْلُودِ لَهُۥ رِزْقُهُنَّ وَكِسْوَتُهُنَّ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ ۚ لَا تُكَلَّفُ نَفْسٌ إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا ۚ لَا تُضَآرَّ وَٰلِدَةٌۢ بِوَلَدِهَا وَلَا مَوْلُودٌۭ لَّهُۥ بِوَلَدِهِۦ ۚ وَعَلَى ٱلْوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَٰلِكَ ۗ فَإِنْ أَرَادَا فِصَالًا عَن تَرَاضٍۢ مِّنْهُمَا وَتَشَاوُرٍۢ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا ۗ وَإِنْ أَرَدتُّمْ أَن تَسْتَرْضِعُوٓا۟ أَوْلَٰدَكُمْ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذَا سَلَّمْتُم مَّآ ءَاتَيْتُم بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ ۗ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌۭ﴿2:233﴾
ஜான் டிரஸ்ட்
(தலாக் சொல்லப்பட்ட மனைவியர், தம்) குழந்தைகளுக்குப் பூர்த்தியாகப் பாலூட்ட வேண்டுமென்று (தந்தை) விரும்பினால், தாய்மார்கள் தங்கள் குழந்தைகளுக்கு நிரப்பமான இரண்டு ஆண்டுகள் பாலூட்டுதல் வேண்டும்;. பாலூட்டும் தாய்மாகளுக்கு (ஷரீஅத்தின்) முறைப்படி உணவும், உடையும் கொடுத்து வருவது குழந்தையுடைய தகப்பன் மீது கடமையாகும்;. எந்த ஓர் ஆத்மாவும் அதன் சக்திக்கு மேல் (எதுவும் செய்ய) நிர்ப்பந்திக்கப்பட மாட்டாது. தாயை அவளுடைய குழந்தையின் காரணமாகவோ. (அல்லது) தந்தையை அவன் குழந்தையின் காரணமாகவோ துன்புறுத்தப்படமாட்டாது. (குழந்தையின் தந்தை இறந்து விட்டால்) அதைப் பரிபாலிப்பது வாரிசுகள் கடமையாகும்; இன்னும், (தாய் தந்தையர்) இருவரும் பரஸ்பரம் இணங்கி, ஆலோசித்துப் பாலூட்டலை நிறுத்த விரும்பினால், அது அவர்கள் இருவர் மீதும் குற்றமாகாது. தவிர ஒரு செவிலித்தாயைக் கொண்டு உங்கள் குழந்தைகளுக்குப் பாலூட்ட விரும்பினால் அதில் உங்களுக்கு ஒரு குற்றமுமில்லை. ஆனால், (அக்குழந்தையின் தாய்க்கு உங்களிடமிருந்து) சேரவேண்டியதை முறைப்படி செலுத்திவிட வேண்டும்;. அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு அஞ்சி நடந்து கொள்ளுங்கள் - நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் நீங்கள் செய்வதை பார்ப்பவனாக இருக்கிறான் என்பதை அறிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்.SAHEEH INTERNATIONAL
Mothers may breastfeed their children two complete years for whoever wishes to complete the nursing [period]. Upon the father is the mothers' provision and their clothing according to what is acceptable. No person is charged with more than his capacity. No mother should be harmed through her child, and no father through his child. And upon the [father's] heir is [a duty] like that [of the father]. And if they both desire weaning through mutual consent from both of them and consultation, there is no blame upon either of them. And if you wish to have your children nursed by a substitute, there is no blame upon you as long as you give payment according to what is acceptable.
