Al-Maeda
وَحَسِبُوٓا۟ أَلَّا تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌۭ فَعَمُوا۟ وَصَمُّوا۟ ثُمَّ تَابَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ ثُمَّ عَمُوا۟ وَصَمُّوا۟ كَثِيرٌۭ مِّنْهُمْ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ بَصِيرٌۢ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ﴿5:71﴾
ஜான் டிரஸ்ட்
(இதனால் தங்களுக்கு) எந்தவிதமான வேதனையும் ஏற்படாது என்று அவர்கள் எண்ணிக் கொண்டனர். ஆகவே அவர்கள் (உண்மையுணர முடியாக்) குருடர்களாகவும், செவிடர்களாகவும் ஆகிவிட்டார்கள்;. இதற்குப் பிறகும் அல்லாஹ் அவர்களை மன்னித்தான்;. எனினும் அவர்களில் பெரும்பாலோர் குருடர்களாகபும் செவிடர்களாகவுமே இருந்தனர். அல்லாஹ் அவர்கள் செய்பவற்றையெல்லாம் (நன்கு) உற்று நோக்கியவனாக இருக்கின்றான்.SAHEEH INTERNATIONAL
And they thought there would be no [resulting] punishment, so they became blind and deaf. Then Allah turned to them in forgiveness; then [again] many of them became blind and deaf.
