سورة التوبة
At-Taubah
إِنَّ عِدَّةَ ٱلشُّهُورِ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ٱثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْرًۭا فِى كِتَٰبِ ٱللَّهِ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ مِنْهَآ أَرْبَعَةٌ حُرُمٌۭ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلدِّينُ ٱلْقَيِّمُ ۚ فَلَا تَظْلِمُوا۟ فِيهِنَّ أَنفُسَكُمْ ۚ وَقَٰتِلُوا۟ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ كَآفَّةًۭ كَمَا يُقَٰتِلُونَكُمْ كَآفَّةًۭ ۚ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ﴿9:36﴾

நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ்விடத்தில் அல்லாஹ்வுடைய (பதிவுப்) புத்தகத்தில் வானங்களையும் பூமியையும் படைத்த நாளிலிருந்தே மாதங்களின் எண்ணிக்கை பன்னிரண்டு ஆகும் - அவற்றில் நான்கு (மாதங்கள்) புனிதமானவை இது தான் நேரான மார்க்கமாகும் - ஆகவே அம்மாதங்களில் (போர் செய்து) உங்களுக்கு நீங்களே தீங்கிழைத்துக் கொள்ளாதீர்கள்; இணை வைப்பவர்கள் உங்கள் அனைவருடனும் போர் புரிவது போல் புரியுங்கள். நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் பயபக்தியுடையோருடனேயே இருக்கின்றான் என்பதை அறிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்.SAHEEH INTERNATIONAL
Indeed, the number of months with Allah is twelve [lunar] months in the register of Allah [from] the day He created the heavens and the earth; of these, four are sacred. That is the correct religion, so do not wrong yourselves during them. And fight against the disbelievers collectively as they fight against you collectively.
